Purpose
The purpose of the Committee is to provide a means of communication between senior staff, as well as discuss, make recommendations and provide advice to the Vice-President and Executive Dean and Senior Leadership of the College on key issues pertaining to the College strategic direction and activities.
Terms of reference
The Committee will consider:
- Matters of strategic importance
- Key projects and initiatives
- Future challenges and opportunities
- Significant operational matters
- Performance monitoring
- Compliance and risk matters
- Any other matters referred by the Vice-President and Executive Dean
