Our team supports the development of partnerships and collaborations with industry, government and other research organisations, as well as Australian and International funding agencies.

Research Commercialisation including intellectual property

We convert new ideas, innovations and basic research into valuable and useful commercial products.

The Research Commercialisation team works closely with researchers to assess invention potential and perform due diligence. We engage with industry to determine if they will adopt the invention, or not, and under what circumstances. We seek funding to further develop the technology and complete proof of concept demonstrations, and pursue commercialisation deals for the technology to be used commercially.
