Welcome to Flinders University.
There are many things for you as a new staff member to get to know at Flinders.
You should have received a Campus Information Pack before you started your new role which will help you to navigate the campus, understand parking and other essential information.
This resource provides the information all new staff members will need in their first months of employment. It covers the requirements for academic, research and professional staff members.
The New Staff Induction is a mandatory online induction for all staff. You will be sent a link to complete the induction within your first few days. Otherwise, you can enrol yourself through iEnrol.
There is also an Induction Checklist which will help guide your induction.
At one (1) month, three (3) months, and 12 months you will receive a link to a New Starter Experience survey. These are anonymous surveys providing an opportunity for you to share your onboarding experience. Your feedback allows the University to enhance the onboarding experience.
