PRD provides the mechanism for a formal review of performance on an annual basis, and regular feedback throughout the year.
All professional and academic staff are required to undertake regular performance reviews in accordance with clause 27 of the Flinders University Enterprise Agreement.
Casual staff are not required to participate in the formal PRD process. However, they are expected to perform to a satisfactory standard while carrying out their responsibilities. Supervisors should provide clear expectations of these standards for both academic and professional casual staff.
There are two options for the PRD Framework using Workday – Upload your Own or Guided. Guides for both are available below.
If you have any questions, please contact organisational.development@flinders.edu.au
