Casual professional staff are expected to perform to a satisfactory standard while carrying out their responsibilities including:
- meeting attendance requirements
- displaying appropriate skills and initiative
- contributing appropriately to the work team.
At the end of the employment period, the supervisor will assess the overall performance of the staff member.
Where a staff member's performance is outstanding in relation to the responsibilities required to have been undertaken, the staff member will be recommended for further employment should relevant opportunities arise.
If performance is deemed less than satisfactory, the staff member will not be recommended for further employment.
