We are responsible for the planning, development, capital delivery, management and maintenance of these to ensure they are fit for purpose and support Flinders to deliver its strategic objectives.

The chart below shows the broad range of services that the PFD team provides to the University community.
PFD leads the planning, development and delivery of major strategic projects to support Flinders' strategic objectives.
We have a team of more than 65 staff, working across four key areas: Strategic Planning and Sustainability; Capital Development; Customer and Site Services; and Strategic Projects.
In addition, staff from other areas of the University provide specialist skills in portfolio and administrative support; communications and stakeholder engagement; procurement; and work, health and safety.
