Keeping WHS Records

WHS records will be kept in accordance with legislative requirements.  Records must be maintained according to legislative requirements and the relevant jurisdictional disposal schedule.  The records schedule below is a reference guide for the current WHS document retention periods.

Document Control

The University uses its WHS web site for storing and making available WHS document templates. Documents on the WHS website are the most up to date version.

Any printed version of a WHS document is considered uncontrolled and should be checked against the online version for its status.

Document Review

WHS documents are reviewed regularly in the light of legislative, organisational or operational changes, and in any case, every four years.
