The Professional Staff Learning Framework outlines the learning and development opportunities available to staff at Flinders. You can use the framework as a broad guide to your professional development and career planning.
The framework includes a wide range of activities designed to give you flexibility and choice in how you approach your learning. Learning options are presented in three learning domains: Professional skills, Communication and interpersonal skills, and Supervisor skills. Combined, these learning domains represent the key knowledge, attributes and experience that are required to foster high levels of performance in your professional role.
