The Flinders dashboard (Okta) is your personalised, single point of access to University web applications you need whilst working at Flinders.
Simply log in with your FAN and password.
A Flinders email account will be generated automatically when you activate your FAN.
Please check your email regularly as it is used to communicate with you about your academic status and provide updates from the college.
Online journals and databases can be accessed from the Flinders Library, including the Library Search Smart Guides.
A library card is required to access document delivery services and can be obtained at the University’s Central Library, Bedford Park campus.
ResearchNow creates a shared digital space for managing and reporting on Flinders research outputs, including publications, collaborations, and researcher profiles.

An ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) is a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from all other researchers. This ID ensures all of your research outputs are permanently attributed to you. It also assists others to find your research output.
Create, add and link your ORCID to ResearchNow.
If you have full academic status and intend to supervise research higher degree students as a principal or associate supervisor, you will need to fill out an additional form. Further details and contact information can be found on the information for HDR supervisors page.
