Minor editing (Top & Tail) of a recording can be undertaken by the Audio Visual Team. Any major editing will need to be facilitated by the lecturer/topic coordinator.
Request IT support for an event or conference. Specifically 'streaming/recording, 'venue familiarisation' and 'training on AV equipment.
Request a live stream and/or recording of an event. This request does not book the room. These need to be completed via the room bookings system.
Request a Relay (stream a recording in another room at the same time) or Replay (replay a recording at a later time). Any required room bookings need to be made separately.
If issues are encountered and a recording cant be accessed on FLO, the recording can be reprocessed and re uploaded.

All lectures in major theatres are automatically recorded and published to the topic in FLO. A lecture is any teaching activity defined as a 'lecture' in the Student Management system (formerly called Student Two), from which timetabling requirements are generated. Timetable information is sent directly to the lecture capture system. You can check what rooms have lecture capture capability in the room booking list.
There is also the capability to manually record a lecture, seminar, tutorial or anything else in rooms that support lecture capture.
