If you need to access Justice of the Peace services use the Consumer and Business Services website to find one of the 3000 Justices of the Peace operating throughout South Australia.
Most public Libraries and your local council also offer Justice of the Peace services.
Limited Justice of the Peace services are available through volunteer Flinders staff. Please ensure you contact the Justice of the Peace well in advance to book a time to meet, and note that staff will not be able to accommodate all requests during peak times.
