Marketing and Student Recruitment (MSR) have overall responsibility for developing and implementing strategic marketing and student recruitment initiatives that enhance the Flinders University brand and increase market share and overall student growth. Collectively we are on a mission to be Australia's most loved and accessible university.
Our teams have been structured to align with the purchase funnel and includes Brand, Creative Services, Events, Prospect Management, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience.
The Brand, Creative Services, and Events team are the Flinders brand custodians, responsible for developing all brand creative initiatives to shape and enhance our brand. The team includes the Creative Studio, Events, Partnerships, and Flinders Awareness Campaigns.

The Prospect Management Team oversees student recruitment and engagement efforts, including school presentations, expos, roadshows, workshops, and one-on-one appointments. We respond to all inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries, guiding prospective students from inquiry to enrolment.

The Product Marketing team collaborates with colleges to ensure our courses meet customer needs. Our team includes passionate and creative marketing partners and digital content producers who craft value propositions, marketing campaigns, and content designed to drive enrolments.

The Customer Experience team manages the Flinders websites and social media accounts to digital advertising, email optimisation and automation, digital and website analytics performance metrics reporting.

MSR does not have an in-house photographer. For event photos, consider these options:
Submit a Video Request Form, and we will confirm availability within 2–3 business days.
Email the creative studio with your requirements and we will be in touch.
MSR has a videographer who may be available to assist. Submit your request to the Creative Studio, and we will respond within 2–3 business days. Alternatively:
1. Visit the Creative Services panel and submit a brief to hire a videographer.
2. Use your mobile phone's high-quality video capabilities.

You can download the Flinders Brand guidelines. MSR is currently establishing new guidelines for logo usage and eligibility. Until then, please direct any logo requests to the Creative Studio. Once the guidelines are complete, we will update the process accordingly.
