All Flinders staff members have the responsibility of ensuring that the core elements of the Flinders brand - logo, typefaces, colour palette and typography - are used consistently and correctly.
The Brand, Creative Services, and Events team within Marketing and Student Recruitment supports the University’s brand and marketing activities through creative services. The team’s work primarily focuses on strategic projects, including College marketing plans and Student Recruitment campaigns.
Scheduling and Planning
All projects are scheduled at the start of the calendar year and managed on a rolling 30-day plan.
For ad hoc requests or projects outside the planned schedule, the Creative Services team will endeavour to accommodate your needs where possible.

Alternative Solutions
If the Creative Services team cannot accommodate your request, alternative solutions will include accessing marketing self-service resources.
The Creative Services Panel offers a range of creative services to meet the needs of staff across all departments. Utilising panel members will save time and effort in finding the right supplier for your creative needs.

MSR does not have an in-house photographer. For event photos, consider these options:
Submit a Video Request Form, and we will confirm availability within 2–3 business days.
Email the creative studio with your requirements and we will be in touch.
MSR has a videographer who may be available to assist. Submit your request to the Creative Studio, and we will respond within 2–3 business days. Alternatively:
1. Visit the Creative Services panel and submit a brief to hire a videographer.
2. Use your mobile phone's high-quality video capabilities.
