What license am I entitled to?
The following users are entitled to an Adobe Acrobat Pro named license:
- professional and academic staff
- higher degree research postgraduates.
The following users are NOT entitled to an Adobe Acrobat Pro named license and should instead use Adobe Acrobat Reader:
- postgraduate students (non higher degree research, normally coursework oriented)
- external contractors (those without a staff ID)
- academic status holders
- undergraduate students.
The University also holds a limited number of unique licenses that can be assigned to academic status holders who require the full features of Adobe Acrobat Pro. To enquire about these, please contact IDS.
All learning and teaching computers on campus (teaching spaces and student labs) will continue to have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro using a new license.
