The Business Improvement (BI) team collaborates with the business to deliver value to its customers. We improve business processes through application of Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking and Agile principles to develop customised solutions, including automation, and enable successful change for a better service experience.
The Business Improvement program is governed by the Business Improvement Program Board. The Board reviews ongoing project progress, prioritises project pipeline and provides general guidance for project delivery.
