Expressions of Interest 2026 – Leadership Roles in New College Governance

As announced at the College Town Hall on 17 March, the College is progressing the implementation of its new governance model. As part of this, a number of leadership roles are now available, and staff are invited to review the role descriptions below and consider expressing an interest.

These roles are open to both academic and professional staff. Where a role indicates a preference for professional staff, the College will support discussions with supervisors and relevant portfolios to explore how the College can enable and support individuals to engage in these opportunities.

If you are interested in one or more roles and believe you have the capabilities outlined in the relevant role description, you are invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI).

How to express interest

In the interest of time and accessibility, the first step is intentionally light‑touch. Please email cnhs.pc@flinders.edu.au by COB Friday 17 April 2026 with:

  • The role or roles you are interested in; and
  • For each role, a brief statement (no more than 300 words) outlining what you would prioritise in the first 12 months in the role.

Depending on the role and level of interest, applicants may be invited to participate in a short interview as part of the process. Selection will be made by a panel consisting of the VPED, P&C Senior Business Partner, plus the Dean People and Resources or Director of College Services, as appropriate.

If you have any questions, please contact cnhs.pc@flinders.edu.au in the first instance.

We encourage colleagues from across the College to consider these opportunities and contribute to shaping our future governance and leadership.
