College Funding Programs
The College has a range of funding programs targeted at capacity building in research, education innovation, and to provide support for conference attendance and other professional development. These schemes align with the College’s fundamental principles of a commitment to our people, promoting outstanding culture, and striving for, and delivering on, excellence.
For funding requests not covered by these dedicated programs, staff can apply to the CMPH Financial Performance Committee (FPC), which assesses additional funding requests.
Financial Performance Committee
(Formerly College Resource Committee)
The purpose of the CMPH Financial Performance Committee (FPC) is to oversee the financial performance of the College and provide regular reports and insights to the CMPH Executive Committee to support its strategic financial decision-making. In addition, the FPC assesses requests for funding from staff (where these requests are outside the additional funding programs below).

Computer Equipment & Minor Works
Funding for laptop or desktop computers is managed by supervisors, please contact your supervisor or visit the Supervisor Resources Webpage for guidance.
For minor works, including service, repair, or refurbishment of college spaces, requests should be submitted via Service One.

The CMPH Educational Research Funding Scheme supports rigorous, methodologically sound research projects that advance teaching, learning, assessment, equity, and student experience across the College. Specifically aimed at supporting Early/Mid-Career Researchers presenting at quality conferences. |

To provide academic staff with a period free from normal academic responsibilities for professional development. |
Applications can be submitted anytime during the year, but must be a minimum of 12 weeks prior to the start of the activity. |

Provided centrally to support professional staff actively pursue their professional and career development. |
