Assessment

Learning and teaching Assessment

Assessment is a central element in curriculum development: it is the key link between learning outcomes, content and learning activities. Assessment is more than a way to measure learning as it shapes how many students approach learning and is often the first thing they consider when planning their approach to a topic. In addition, it is useful to remember that assessment has an impact on students which can be long lasting.
