Terms and conditions of employment

The terms and conditions of your employment at Flinders University are those specified in your letter of offer (for all staff except casual staff) and in the University's Enterprise Agreement (or for staff who had made this choice prior to 27 March 2008, in their Australian Workplace Agreement).

The Flinders University Enterprise Agreement 2023 to 2026 commenced operation on 27 July 2023.
