About the project
We are focusing on how Flinders' manages services to staff.
We will work with our community to understand how we request, deliver and report on services, and consider how technology can enable this work. We are working in conjunction with a number of other projects including the Service Review, Policy Review and MyWorklife project.
The Service One proof of concept has established that people are willing and wanting to improve service provision at Flinders. The uptake of Service One proof of concept has been remarkable; feedback from the organisation is overwhelmingly positive. In recent service review workshops, the Service One model of engagement with staff was consistently praised. We will utilise the expertise, knowledge and learning from the proof of concept to scale to a systematic solution for the entire organisation.
We will initially focus on Flinders' priorities, looking at relevant technologies and building our team.
