College email distribution lists

If you want to contact a group of people in your College based on what they do or who they report to, you can do so using an email distribution list for your (or any other) College.

Find a distribution list

All you need to do is to scan the table to find the College and /or Group you're interested in, and then select the distribution list you want from the 'Who receives the email...' column. Another way to do this is to enter a term in the search bar.

When you click on the distribution list name, your email client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) will open up and you can then compose your email and send it. Your message will be delivered to all of the people included in the distribution list. (However, you won't be able to see a list of everyone in the list; you'll only see the list name.)

If you want to send an email to more than one distribution list at a time, you'll just need to copy and paste the list names one at a time into your email message's "To:" field.

How lists are updated

Lists are based on employment data or a staff’s affiliation. Names are automatically added or removed from the distribution lists when Payroll or College teams update this data.
