Content Manager is the University's official record-keeping system. It is the designated repository for temporary and permanent records and contains information about detailed business decisions, asset listings, and important heritage and historical details of the University.
Content Manager is available in two formats: as a desktop application for Windows, and a browser-based Webclient for Apple, Windows, and other devices.
Content Manager is the preferred storage system for long-term temporary records (those that should be kept for more than five years) and permanent records.

Further security is added by staff being granted permissions specific to their business role to work with records at varying security levels.
This ensures that the integrity of the records within Content Manager are maintained in a secure system, accessed only by authorised personnel, and kept for as long as needed prior to being disposed of or archived in accordance with legislative requirements.
Fill out an online Content Manager Access request form via Service One. Once approved and processed, account activation details will be sent via email. Note, once you have access, if you use Content Manager off campus you will need to login to the VPN first.
