TechOne Asset Management

TechOne Asset Management is a system used by Flinders University to administer and manage capital works projects and tasks, budgets, financial forecasts and assets for Property, Facilities and Development.

It is used by Property, Facilities and Development staff to:

view and manage capital projects and tasks
monitor divisional performance for both operating & capital expenditure
monitor and process budgets; and enter/approve forecasts
view and manage property, tenancy and fleet asset registers
monitor and manage security jobs
process purchase orders
process journals

How to get access

Flinders University staff can request access to TechOne Asset Management using Service One with the following exceptions:

This application does not apply to contractors, consultants, auditors and other third parties that do not have a FAN. If this applies to you, please contact Finance Systems to arrange access.

Flinders University staff with supervisory responsibilities can approve requests by their staff.

Finance System administrators will triage and assess the request to ensure it is in line with Flinders University policy. For example, they will check to ensure that the request does not breach the segregation of duties guidelines.

Finance System delegates will review the request if it is outside the approved guidelines and policy.
