The University Staff directory displays information about staff as it is recorded in the University’s HR System (Workday).
Workday is the authoritative source of information for staff position, building and organisational unit, teaching program, teaching section, research section, research theme and service affiliation while the Identity System is the source of information for phone number.
Your position title is determined by your position details held in Workday.
If this is incorrect, or needs to be updated, please speak to your supervisor in the first instance, then your People and Culture team who will be able to update the position details.
If your teaching program, teaching section, research section, research theme or service affiliation information is incorrect, please consult (in order):
Your building location is recorded in Workday as your Work Space. This can be changed by your supervisor by initiating a Job Change process, selecting Change Location, and then specify the Work Space.
Once your Work Space information is updated in Workday by your supervisor, building location in the staff directory will be updated.
Room information is not held in Workday.
To update your room number in the staff directory, please submit a request or phone the IDS Service Desk on 08 8201 2345 (12345).
