SET stands for Student Evaluation of Teaching. SETs are online surveys, containing 5-point scale and open ended (text response) questions, which evaluate and deliver feedback on topics and teachers.
The primary purpose of Student Evaluation of Teaching is to provide staff with valid and reliable information with which to make informed decisions about improving student learning outcomes.
In accordance with your College agreement, Data and Analytical Services will generate SETs for all topics.
As a topic coordinator, you are responsible for the SET for your topic(s).
The majority of SETs for 2023 are open 29 May to 7 July (Semester 1) and 16 October to 24 November (Semester 2). Some dates may vary to fit in with teaching times.
