Positive Culture Awards 

Purpose

The Positive Culture Awards are designed to acknowledge the extraordinary efforts made by staff, both academic and professional, that demonstrate the Flinders University Positive Culture Charter values of integrity, courage, innovation and excellence.

Scope of Awards

There are three award categories recognised annually (as deemed appropriate), Professional, Academic and Team with each recipient/s receiving a gift voucher and trophy to acknowledge and celebrate their contribution to the college. 

Application Process

Applicants are to submit a nomination outlining the value that the nominated person/s have demonstrated, the behaviours they have upheld and provide rationale for the nomination*.

*We encourage applicants to use the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action & Result) to support the nomination process and the upload of relevant supporting documents.
