RE:NXT is a cloud-based type of customer relationship management system designed particularly with a focus on donors and donor management and used by non-profit organisations.
Currently the Flinders University Alumni & Advancement Team use RE:NXT to communicate with/manage relationships between the University and Alumni as well as non-Alumni who donate to Flinders University.
Information collected in RE:NXT includes the constituent (individual or organisation) contact details, types of contact preferred, donations (gifts) and events invited to and attended, as well as other relevant data.

Raiser's Edge NXT how to guide - Navigating NXT |
All Flinders University users who are new to NXT need to receive an invitation to create a Blackbaud account before being able to access RE:NXT. The invitation is instigated by the Flinders University RE:NXT administrator. Upon receiving the invitation and clicking Accept Invitation the User will proceed to create a Blackbaud account. Blackbaud is the vendor which owns RE:NXT. The RE:NXT Blackbaud account is linked to the Flinders University user account and in turn linked to the Okta login. Therefore logging into RE:NXT will be done from the Okta RE:NXT widget as explained in the user guide. |

Saving an action is the preferred option. When the RE:NXT Add-in is installed it is represented by the Blackbaud icon which will be located on the right hand side of the Home Ribbon if the view pane is not turned OFF, but will always be displayed on the email message ribbon (visible when creating, reading, replying or forwarding an email message). |
