Advance HE Fellowships provide international, professional recognition to university educators and those who support learning and teaching in higher education. The Fellowship program is administered by Advance HE in the UK and is aligned to the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) - an internationally recognised framework for benchmarking success within higher education which sets out the knowledge, skills and behaviours demonstrated by those teaching and/or supporting higher education learning.
Advance HE awards four categories of Fellowship each designed to recognise an individual’s level of engagement, practice and impact. Fellowship provides an opportunity to: evidence your professional practice; affirm your commitment to teaching and learning; network with like-minded colleagues; promote your expertise with the use of recognised post-nominals (AFHEA, FHEA, SFHEA, PFHEA); and potentially advance your higher education career.
Flinders University is an institutional member of Advance HE, and as such has access to Advance HE resources, activities and services to support the continuing professional development of staff engaged in teaching and the support of learning.
If you are interested in applying for a fellowship and would like to receive support from Flinders to do so (including potential funding support for the fellowship application fee), please complete an expression of interest (EOI) form below.
