The Service Review was initiated in late 2018 to assess staff satisfaction with services delivered across the University and systematically help resolve significant service process issues.
To do this, staff were consulted through workshops held in November 2018 and February 2019 and a Professional Services Survey in 2019.
The Service Review has moved from review to improvement with 20 high-impact service improvements highlighted. Two thirds of these key areas have been progressing through existing projects, with the remaining third initiated through this Service Review.
A webpage has been created that consolidates summaries of all priority improvement areas and provides a one-stop update on the status of service improvement initiatives across the University.
