By gathering, analysing, and interpreting data, we provide actionable insights on the University’s academic and research performance. This function ensures that data-driven strategies inform the University’s development, resource allocation, and future planning efforts.

• Rankings and submissions: We coordinate and prepare data for major university rankings and reporting agencies. Once the results are in, we analyse and share them with relevant teams.   
• Reports and dashboards: We generate comprehensive reports and dashboards that support the work of University leadership and key committees.  
• Strategic planning support: We help identify and track performance indicators to ensure the University’s goals are being met.  
• Data modelling and analysis: Wondering how a new strategy might affect the University? We conduct scenario analyses to help evaluate potential impacts.  
• Advancement data: We support Alumni and Advancement with data management and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of engagement and donations.
