The PRD Framework for Professional Staff provides the basis for a supervisor/manager and staff member to work together in assessing and developing a staff member’s performance to assist the achievement of individual, work area and/or organisational goals, through:

formal review of performance, normally annually, and
regular feedback throughout the year.

How to Complete my Review

Option 1 – Upload a PRD document of your choice (New)

Upload your own relevant template or use the PRD Template
