The Professional Development Unit is able to offer individual employees, work groups and full divisions or College support and training for special and 'one-off' training needs.
We are able to work with you to identify these training needs and provide or arrange external consultants to deliver training sessions to meet the professional development needs of staff.
Programs recently offered as customised training include:
- getting ready for performance discussions
- conducting and facilitating performance discussions
- customer service
- team building
- identifying and making improvements to work processes
- call handling
- building resilience.
The Professional Development Unit also has Independent Contractor Agreements with a range of external consultants who may be available on a fee-paying basis to assist with more specialised training needs.
