CBGL Mentoring program

Colleges and services College of Business, Government and Law CBGL Mentoring program

Welcome to the College of Business, Government and Law Mentoring Scheme.

CBGL aims to foster the development of its staff and students through mentoring programs. These voluntary programs are designed to facilitate the transfer of the personal and professional knowledge of an experienced person (mentor) to a less experienced staff member or student (mentee) to assist in the development of the mentee.  The scheme is open to:

  1. Tied funded research staff and professional researcher staff
  2. Early career and mid-career academics
  3. Teaching specialists
  4. Senior academics
  5. Clinical academics

Participation from all career stages (from the most junior to senior levels), from rural and remote areas, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and people of any gender is encouraged.
